I  hope the board would spend their time on the Soil Science review to revise any documents that would allow a smooth transition from certification to a License program.  The 2010 Legislature passed the necessary legislation to License soil scientist beginning in 2013.

Lets get on with that program and be ready to move forward when the time comes.  I sugest that those who are now certified be allowed to maintain their certification number.
