| 회의 목적 The public hearing will begin immediately following the Board's business meeting. The purpose is to receive public comment on the proposed stage amendments to the Regulations Establishing Standards for Accrediting Public Schools in Virginia (public virtual school amendments). In response to HB 1215, passed by the 2012 General Assembly, the Board of Education is required to “promulgate regulations establishing standards for accreditation public virtual schools under the authority of the local school board that enroll students full time.” (§ 22.1-253.13:3 of the Code of Virginia). Speakers will be asked to limit remarks to three minutes per person. Written copies of remarks are encouraged - individuals should prepare 11 copies. | ||
