입법 목적
Amends curricula and instruction requirements for salespersons' post-license education and brokers' continuing education. Provisions of the bill amending education requirements have a delayed effective date of January 1, 2019. Also amends notice provisions and required procedures in the case of escrow funds held by a real estate broker in the event of termination of a real estate purchase contract.
