Item 293 of the 2024-2026 Appropriation Act directs DBHDS to amend and align the Licensing Regulations with modifications made by DMAS to Medicaid behavioral health services. The legislative mandate requires the Board to promulgate emergency regulations that redesign services and programs for behavioral health providers.
