입법 목적
To permit pharmacists to initiate treatment for, dispense, and administer vaccines to individuals 3 years and older pursuant to the Immunization Schedule published by the CDC, tests for COVID-19 and other coronaviruses, and nicotine replacement and other tobacco cessation therapies.
