입법 목적
This bill requires the State Water Control Board (Board) to amend the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Designation and Management Regulations (9VAC25-830) to encourage and promote: 1) the preservation of mature trees, or planting of trees, as a water quality protection tool and as a means of providing other natural resource benefits, and 2) coastal resilience and adaptation to sea-level rise and climate change.
