Many times in a person's life, one will come across offensive or inappropriate material, so it's important for them to know how to handle situations like these without imput from other people, such as nosy parents who don't want their children to grow up. Making these booklets available for parents or students is not only a waste of time, but it will just be an obstacle for the school system to deal with this subject matter that will not change.
