Please keep the gallons per person per day at 75 for residential dwellings.  I think this rate has a built-in buffer and protects the homeowner and our land.  I know neighboring states are lower but do not believe Virginia needs to lower the numbers.  The current rate allows for a septic system to have a long life.  Thank you.
