검토 공지
행정 명령 19 (2022) 및 §§ 2.2-4007.1 및 2.2-4017 이 규정은 주기적으로 검토 중입니다.
이 규정의 검토는 행정명령 19 https://TownHall.Virginia.Gov/EO-19-개발 및 검토 주정부기관 규정.pdf의 원칙에 따라 진행됩니다.
이 검토의 목적은 이 규정을 폐지, 수정 또는 현행 형태로 유지해야 하는지 여부를 결정하기 위한 것입니다. 이 규정과 관련된 모든 사안의 검토에 대해 (i) 해당 규정이 공중 보건, 안전 및 복지 보호 또는 중요한 정부 기능의 경제적 수행을 위해 필요한지, (ii) 관련 법률의 명시된 목적에 부합하는 방식으로 중소기업에 미치는 경제적 영향을 최소화하는지, (iii) 명확하고 이해하기 쉽게 작성되었는지 등 대중의 의견을 구합니다.
댓글에 대한 답변을 받으려면 댓글에 연락처 정보(이메일 주소 또는 미국 우편 주소가 바람직함)를 함께 제공해야 합니다. 공개 의견 수렴 기간이 종료되면 두 검토에 대한 보고서가 타운홀에 게시되고 중소기업 영향 검토 보고서는 버지니아주 관보에 게재될 예정입니다.
