A. The successful completion of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Intern Development Program (IDP) shall be required of all applicants for original licensure. IDP training requirements shall be in accordance with NCARB's Handbook for Interns and Architects, [ 2006-2007 2008-2009 ] Edition.

2. 조직의 관행은 NCARB IDP 요건에 명시된 범주를 포함하여 아키텍처의 포괄적인 관행을 포함합니다.

18VAC10-20-140. 시험.

A. 버지니아주에서 원래 라이선스를 신청하는 모든 신청자는 이 장에 규정된 교육 및 경험/훈련 요건을 충족한 후 NCARB가 준비한 시험을 통과해야 합니다. 다른 모든 요건을 충족하면 NCARB 시험에 합격하면 건축사 면허가 발급됩니다.

B. 버지니아 Virginia 이사회는 NCARB의 회원 이사회이므로 NCARB가 준비한 시험을 제공할 권한이 있습니다.

C. 시험의 채점은 NCARB에서 관리하는 국가 채점 절차에 따릅니다. 위원회는 NCARB에서 권장하는 채점 절차를 활용해야 합니다. 1월 이후 합격한 시험의 각 부문 성적은 1, 2006, NCARB가 정한 절차에 따라 유효합니다.

D. NCARB가 준비한 시험은 위원회가 지정한 시기에 일 년에 한 번 이상 제공됩니다.

E. 이사회는 국가 표준에 따라 응시하고 합격한 NCARB 준비 시험의 일부에 대해 편입 학점을 승인할 수 있습니다.

F. 달리 명시되지 않는 한, 시험 응시가 승인된 지원자는 등록하고 필요한 시험 수수료를 제출해야 합니다. 제대로 등록하지 않은 지원자는 시험장에 입장할 수 없습니다.

G. 시험 응시가 승인된 지원자는 NCARB 절차를 따라야 합니다.

H. 수험생은 시험위원회로부터 합격 또는 불합격 통보를 받게 됩니다.

I. 시험 응시 승인을 받은 후 3년 이내에 NCARB가 준비한 시험을 통과하지 못한 신청자는 재응시해야 합니다. 신청자가 3년의 자격 기간 동안 지속적으로 시험에 응시하지 않았거나 3년의 자격 기간 종료 후 6개월 이내에 재응시하지 않은 경우, 또는 둘 다 해당되는 경우, 신청자는 재응시 당시의 자격 요건을 충족해야 합니다.
