Pursuant to Executive Order 25 and its Public Participation Guideline Regulations, the Board of Social Work is requesting comment on existing regulations. The Board will consider whether the existing regulations are essential to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public and provide assurance that practitioners are competent to practice. Alternatives to the current regulations or suggestions for clarification of the regulation will also be received and considered.
