Pursuant to Governor McDonnell’s regulatory reform initiative, the Department is conducting a review of the Real Estate Boards regulations currently in place to:

1. 불필요하거나 더 이상 사용되지 않는 규정을 폐지하고; 및
2. 개인, 기업 및 기타 규제 대상 단체에 대한 불필요한 규제 부담을 줄입니다.

해당 부서는 다음과 같은 규정과 관련된 사항에 대해 일반인의 의견을 접수합니다:

Written comments will be received until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2012, and may be sent to the address below or REBoard@dpor.virginia.gov.  Comments must include the commenter’s name and address (physical or email).  Comments or questions should be sent to:
