On June 5, 2023, the College Partnership Laboratory Schools Standing Committee (“Standing Committee”) received for first review college partnership laboratory schools (“lab schools”) applications from Southside Virginia Community College (“SVCC”) and 버지니아 커먼웰스 대학교 (“VCU”). The Standing Committee also directed the Virginia Department of Education to post the lab school applications for public comment. 

In order to provide appropriate input from parents, teachers, and other interested parties and to obtain information to assist the Standing Committee in its evaluation of the lab school applications, the Standing Committee is seeking public comment on each application: 

Comments on the SVCC application may be submitted through this form; 

Comments on the VCU application may be submitted through this form. 

Public comments for these applications will be accepted through June 23, 2023.
