| 회의 목적 The Board will conduct a general business meeting including consideration of regulatory issues as may be presented on the agenda. The meeting is open to the public; however, a portion of the Board's business may be discussed in Closed Session. Public comment will be heard at the beginning of the meeting. Person desiring to participate in the meeting and requiring special accommodations or interpretive services should contact the Department 804-367-2648 at least 10 days prior to this meeting so that suitable arrangements can be made for an appropriate accommodation. The Department fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Board will also consider public comment received in response to its proposed amendments to the Asbestos Licensing Regulations and the Lead-Based Paint Activities Regulations. The Board may adopt a response to the public comment and may adopt final amendments to either or both sets of regulations. | |
