| 회의 목적 The Virginia Board of Education will meet on the date and time listed above in the Lipman Auditorium at the Massey Library Technology Center at Reynolds Community College (Parham Rd. Campus). The Massey Library Technology Center opens at 8:30 a.m. All meetings, except closed meetings, are open to the public and will be livestreamed on the VDOE YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrbxl9wHScrWKWIEoUWNIfQ/videos). The agenda and meeting materials will be available on the meeting page on the VDOE website: https://www.doe.virginia.gov/data-policy-funding/virginia-board-of-education/board-meetings-agendas-and-minutes The Board president reserves the right to change this schedule depending upon the time constraints during the meetings. The Board will not accept public comment on this day. The Board of Education accepts public comment on all matters related to public education in Virginia through the Board of Education Comment Form. Comments will be shared with Board members as part of the meeting materials for its next scheduled business meeting. Comments may be submitted at any time. Members of the public may access the Comment Form here: https://forms.office.com/g/ksfTdq2NKq The Board of Education will convene at 9:00 a.m. and go into closed meeting under § 2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. The closed meeting will not be livestreamed. Board of Education members will break for lunch, and the public may attend. No votes will be taken during lunch. The Board will convene in a work session at the conclusion of the closed meeting or lunch. The work session will be livestreamed on the VDOE YouTube channel. | |
