| 회의 목적 Chapter 425 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly modifies § 33.2-334 of the Code of Virginia, adding a phrase to subsection B(i), requiring flexibility in the highway and pedestrian network connectivity provisions of the Secondary Street Acceptance Requirements. In addition, the Chapter requires the Virginia Department of Transportation to convene a stakeholder advisory group for the purpose of developing and providing recommendations to amend the current regulations in order to provide connectivity flexibility. The first meeting of the stakeholder advisory group will be at the Highway Building Auditorium, 1221 East Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219 on September 23, from 10:00 AM to Noon.
