| 회의 목적 Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues related to the proposed permit reissuance such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit reissuance; the standard content of permits; and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit reissuance. Synagro Central LLC has submitted an application for the reissuance of an existing permit that would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to 2448.3 acres of agricultural and silvicultural land (of which 937.4 are additional acres) at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
