| 회의 목적 An informational meeting to provide the Department of Environmental Quality the opportunity to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues concerning the proposed reissuance of the permit for land application, such as site-specific information, the standard content of permits that regulate land application, and how the public can provide comment on the requested land application sites. Recyc Systems, Inc. has submitted an application for the reissuance of an existing permit that would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to 3550.8 acres of which 1404.1 are additional acres of agricultural land at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
