| 회의 목적 An informational public meeting regarding an application to reissue an existing permit that allows the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals in Warren County. The informational meeting allows the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues related to the proposed permit reissuance such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit reissuance; the standard content of permits; and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit reissuance. Recyc Systems, Inc. has submitted an application for the reissuance of an existing permit that would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to 789.5 acres of which 176.4 acres are additional acres of agricultural land at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
