| 회의 목적 A opportunity for the Department of Environmental Quality to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues concerning the proposed modification to the Recyc Systems, Incorporated's permit for land application of biosolids in Hanover County, such as site-specific information, the standard content of permits that regulate land application, and how the public can provide comment for the requested new land application sites. Recyc Systems, Inc has submitted an application for reissuance of an existing permit by adding 315.7 additional acres for the land application biosolids at a controlled rate that is protective of water quality and human health.
