| 회의 목적 A meeting to provide the Department the opportunity to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues concerning the proposed modification to the permit for land application, such as site-specific information, the standard content of permits that regulate land application, and how the public can provide comment for the requested new land application sites, for Recyc Systems, Inc. Recyc Systems, Inc has submitted an application for reissuance of an existing permit to include 6984.3 acres of agricultural land, of which 535.7 is new land application area for the land application biosolids at a controlled rate that is protective of water quality and human health.
