| 회의 목적 Assessment Conference (VAC 25-130-845.12 VCSMRR) will be conducted via teleconference. The conferences is to review the civil penalty assessment for Calico Coal Inc. Permit #1201749 Notice of Violation #RES0001872 @ 9:00 a.m. and Cessation Order #RES0001902 @ 9:30 a.m. Comments received during the Informal Hearing, along with written comments, will be considered during the review of the captioned orders. The conferences will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and will proceed through. There is an allotted time of 30 minutes between each hearing which may or may require shorter or longer time, therefore; the following scheduled hearing may begin before or after the specified time. | |
