| 회의 목적 The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will convene a public meeting regarding a request from Nutriblend, Inc. to modify their existing permit to land apply biosolids in Amelia County. The meeting will provide DEQ the opportunity to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues concerning the proposed modification to the permit for land application, such as site-specific information, the standard content of permits that regulate land application, and howthe public can provide comment for the requested new land application sites. Nutri-Blend, Inc has submitted an application to modify an existing permit by adding 3,120.4 additional acres for the land application biosolids at a controlled rate that is protective of water quality and human health.
