| 회의 목적 A meeting of the regulatory advisory panel established to assist in the development and formation of proposed amendments to provisions of the Water Quality Management Planning Regulations (9VAC25-720) concerning nitrogen and phosphorus waste load allocations necessary for the restoration of water quality in the Chesapeake Bay and its tidal tributaries. The Notice of Intended Regulatory Action for this rulemaking was published in the Virginia Register of Regulations on November 25, 2019. The meeting of the regulatory advisory panel will be held electronically (through the internet), accessible to RAP members and the public through GoToWebinar. This electronic-only meeting is consistent with statutory requirements and the Governor’s current Executive Orders concerning public meetings. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss revisions to the Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus wasteload allocations for significant dischargers in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. If you have any questions, please call the agency contact specified below. Registration for this meeting is required in order to attend the meeting.
