| 회의 목적 A meeting of the work group established pursuant to Item 377, subsection F 2 of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, to assist the Department of Environmental Quality by reviewing the assumptions used in estimating the effluent nutrient concentrations and trends of wastewater facilities and identifying cost-effective options to achieve wastewater nutrient load levels with reasonable assurance consistent with the needs of the Chesapeake Bay TMDL Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the assumptions used in the estimates of effluent nutrient concentrations and to discuss cost effective options to achieve the required wastewater nutrient load levels. The work group meeting will be held electronically (through the internet), accessible to the public through the following hyperlink: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/6983194469244043790. There will be no physical location for this meeting. While unusual, this electronic-only meeting is consistent with statutory requirements and the Governor’s current Executive Orders concerning public meetings. | |
