| 회의 목적 Consistent with Amendment 28 to HB29 (Budget Bill for 2018-2020) and the applicable provisions of § 2.2-3708.2 in the Freedom of Information Act, the Board will convene a virtual meeting to consider such regulatory and business matters as may be presented on the agenda necessary for the board to discharge its lawful purposes, duties, and responsibilities. Written public comment may be sent by email to Jaime.hoyle@dhp.virginia.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 25, 2020. Verbal public comment will be received at the beginning of the meeting from those persons who have submitted an email to Jaime.hoyle@dhp.virginia.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 25, 2020 indicating that they wish to provide a brief verbal comment. As the names of these individuals are announced at the beginning of the meeting, comment may be offered. Instructions for calling into the meeting will be included in the agenda package. The Committee will convene to discuss regulatory matters. Public comment will not be accepted on petitions for rulemaking or regulatory actions in which the comment period has closed. | |
