| 회의 목적 An information meeting for the Department of Environmental Quality to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues related to the proposed permit modification such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit modification, the standard content of permits, and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit modification. Synagro Central, LLC has submitted an application to modify an existing permit that allows the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals to an additional 1,309.5 acres of agricultural and silvicultural land at 3 sites located in Hanover County.
