| 회의 목적 An informational meeting regarding an application from Nutri-Blend, Inc. to modify an existing permit that allows the land application of biosolids and water treatment residuals in New Kent County. The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will exchange information with the interested public on technical issues related to the proposed permit modification such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit modification, the standard content of permits, and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit modification. The application requests authorization for an additional 1,995 acres of agricultural and silvicultural land at 5 sites located within New Kent County at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
