회의 목적

A meeting of the Regulatory Advisory Panel (RAP) established to assist the Department of Environmental Quality in the development of regulations to consolidate the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Program and the Virginia Stormwater Management Program and create the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Program. Chapters 758 and 68 of the 2016 Acts of Assembly (House Bill 1250 and Senate Bill 673) combine the existing Virginia Stormwater Management Act and Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Law to create the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Act. The Department is required to initiate a regulatory action in order for this legislation to become effective.
