| 회의 목적 An information meeting regarding an application to modify an existing VPDES permit for the addition of proposed sites for the land application of Class B biosolids in Rockbridge County. The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will exchange information with the interested public on technical issues concerning the permit application such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit, the standard content of permits, and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit. Maury Service Authority has applied for the addition of sites to the referenced permit that authorizes the land application of Class B biosolids at a controlled rate protective of water quality, human health, and without a discharge to surface waters in Rockbridge County. The Applicant proposes to add five sites consisting of forty-three new fields with a total of 670.9 acres. | |
