| 회의 목적 An information meeting regarding an application from Synagro Central, LLC to modify an existing permit that allows the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals in Albemarle County. At the meeting the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will exchange information with the interested public on technical issues related to the proposed permit modification such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit modification, the standard content of permits, and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit modification. Synagro Central, LLC has submitted a modification application that would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to an additional 2447.1 acres of agricultural land at 3 sites and silvicultural land at 1 site located within Albemarle County at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
