| 회의 목적 An informational meeting for the Department of Environmental Quality to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues related to the proposed permit modification for Synagro Central, LLC to land apply biosolids and water treatment plant residuals in Spotsylvania County such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit modification; the standard content of permits; and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit modification. Synagro Central, LLC has submitted an application for the modification of an existing permit that would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to an additional 592.6 acres of agricultural and silvicultural land at 5 sites located within Spotsylvania County at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
