| 회의 목적 Notice is hereby given that the Division of Mined Land Reclamation will hold a formal public hearing pursuant to §§45.1-249, 45.1-250(B), and 2.2-4020 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, and §4VAC25-130-843.13 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations to review the issuance of a Show Cause Order issued to Baden Reclamation Co., Inc PN 1101953. Specifically the proceeding is to determine as to whether or not a pattern of violations exists, and grounds exist for suspension or revocation of A & G Coal Corporation’s right to mine under Permit Number 1101953 and it's Bond Forfeiture. The formal hearing shall be conducted on October 18, 2018 at 9:00 AM at the Department’s Big Stone Gap Office. The office is located at 3405 Mountain Empire Road in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. | |
