| 회의 목적 A regularly scheduled action meeting of the Commonwealth Transportation Board and transportation staff. The action meeting is a regularly scheduled meeting to transact CTB business. Public comment will be received on items on the agenda for which the opportunity for public comment has not been afforded the public in another forum. Remarks will be limited to five minutes. Large groups will be asked to select one individual to speak for the group. The board reserves the right to amend these conditions. Separate committee meetings may be held on call of the chairman. Contact VDOT Communications Office at (804) 786-2715 for schedule or see CTB website at www.ctb.virginia.gov. *Due to potential impacts of Hurricane Florence, this meeting may be conducted using electronic communications in accord with Section 2.2-3708.2(D) of the Code of Virginia, with the primary location being at the address listed on the agenda.
