| 회의 목적 DEQ is holding an information meeting regarding an application from Recyc Systems, Inc. to modify an existing permit that would allow the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals in Culpeper County. DEQ will exchange information with the interested public on technical issues related to the proposed permit modification such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit modification; the standard content of permits; and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit modification. The modification application would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to an additional 636.0 acres of agricultural land at 6 sites located within Culpeper County at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
