| 회의 목적 A public meeting for the Department of Environmental Quality to exchange information with the public on technical issues (such as site-specific information that may be considered when drafting a permit modification, the standard content of permits and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit modification) related to a permit modification application that would allow the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals in Clarke County. Recyc Systems, Inc. has submitted an application for the modification of an existing permit that would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to an additional 1,459.3 acres of agricultural land at 8 sites located within Clarke County at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
