| 회의 목적 An informational meeting regarding a permit modification application from Recyc Systems, Inc. for the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals in Amelia County. The Department of Environmental Quality will exchange information with the interested public on technical issues related to the proposed permit modification such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit modification; the standard content of permits; and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit modification. The application requests authorization to land apply biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to an additional 985.1 acres of agricultural land at 5 sites located within Amelia County at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
