| 회의 목적 In response to citizen concerns raised about algae growth in the Shenandoah River, the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) prioritized 5 stream segments, totaling about 25 river miles, for follow-up monitoring in 2016 and 2017. DEQ will hold a public informational webinar on March 29, 2018 at 10 am to share the agency’s progress on the development of algal field monitoring and assessment methods in the Shenandoah River. Interested citizens can register for the webinar at the link provided above in the location.
