| 회의 목적 A formal hearing (§4VAC25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at the Big Stone Gap Office (Buchanan Smith Building) at 9:00 AM on February 8, 2018. The hearing is to review the issuance of the Show Cause Order of 11/30/2017 Concerning Southern Coal Corporations failure to pay penalties required by the September 30, 2017 payment plan in accordance with the Compliance Agreement entered into by the company and DMME. Please be advised that the informal hearing will be open to the public. | |
