| 회의 목적 In accordance with Section 4 VAC 25-130-773.13 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations, the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy, Division of Mined Land Reclamation, will hold an informal conference to receive comments regarding the CMSO/NPDES renewal permit application for A & G Coal Corporation application 1009881. The proposed permit area is located .25 W OF Appalachia VA in Wise County. Any person having an interest, which is or may be adversely affected by the decision on the application, may present oral or written comments during this conference. | |
