| 회의 목적 In accordance with Section 4 VAC 25-130-773.13 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations, the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy, Division of Mined Land Reclamation, will hold an informal conference to receive comments regarding the NPDES renewal permit application for Red River Coal Company application 1009513. The proposed permit area is located 6 MILES NE OF NORTON ON ROGERS & AMOS RIDGE in Wise County. Any person having an interest, which is or may be adversely affected by the decision on the application, may present oral or written comments during this conference. | |
