The hearing is to review the issuance of notice of violation Notice of Violation JRJ0002471, issued to Virginia Fuel Corporation, PN 1202070.The mine site is located 5.3 miles northeast of Hurley on Long Branch. . Please be advised that the informal hearing will be open to the public. The informal hearing officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. | |
