| 회의 목적 The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the current issues of the Virginia Racing Commission. During the meeting the Commission will hold hearings concerning Twinspires Advance Deposit Account Wagering license and Colonial Downs, L.P.’s applications for a limited license as a significant infrastructure licensee for 2015 and 2016 in addition to licenses to own and operate satellite wagering facilities in Richmond and Hampton. Comments from the public will be received towards the end of the meeting and will be limited to 5 minutes per person. | |
