| 회의 목적 This is a public hearing held pursuant to § 2.2-4007.01 B of the Administrative Process Act of the Code of Virginia for the purpose of receiving public comment on the Board for Asbestos, Leadn and Home Inspectors proposed regulations published in the Virginia Register. A court reporter will be present at the meeting to record any public comment received. Department staff will compose a summary of all public comments to present to the Board for consideration. Comments will be received from any member of the public and initial comments may be limited to a maximum of 5 minutes depending on the number of individuals who wish to speak. This is not a forum for questions to the Department or the Board concerning the proposed regulations. | ||
