| 설명 | Section 16.1-283G, of the Code of Virginia, requires the local department of social services to submit a report to the court describing the progress made to achieve adoption for the child. This report is to be submitted six months after termination of parental rights and every six months thereafter until the adoption is finalized. This report has replaced the requirement that an Adoptive Placement Plan be submitted to the court. |
