설명	The regulation establishes options available to localities in the delivery of General Relief benefits. Options include the amount of assistance available to unemployed employable individuals and unattached children, assistance units served, the amount of medical assistance, recipients using contracted pharmacies, extent of disability for eligibility, and amount of assistance for food and shelter.
