Chapter 390, Rules Governing Division Superintendent of Schools, will be amended. The qualifications to be placed on the list of eligible candidates found in 8VAC20-390-10, Qualifications, conflict with the requirements to be a candidate as an eligible superintendents found in 8VAC20-23-630, Division Superintendent License. Section 10 of Chapter 390 was derived from VR270-01-0038 §I, and was made effective September 1, 1980. Section 630 of Chapter 23 was made effective August 23, 2018; and has been subsequently amended on July 10, 2019, and October 24, 2024. |
