| 조치 요약 | When the Code was amended in 2016 relating to practice agreements between nurse practitioners and physicians, the requirement for agreements to be submitted to the Board of Nursing was eliminated. Other sections of regulation were amended accordingly, but section 120 in Chapter 40 was overlooked. The change eliminates reference to an agreement being on file with the board and included the allowance for an agreement to be electronic rather than written. |
