| 조치 요약 | The continuing education requirement currently applicable to all license renewals or reinstatements pursuant to 18 VAC 25-21-250 must be conformed to HB 1259, enacted by the 2016 General Assembly, to exempt any auctioneer aged 70 years or older who has been licensed by the board for 25 years or more. In addition, the continuing education exemption section in 18 VAC 25-21-260 is conformed to the provisions of HB 1259 (2016). |
