The Board of Nursing has amended 18VAC90-26-40 to add “observational and reporting techniques” to the required content of a nurse aide education program. The amendment conforms regulations to changes made to the Code of Virginia by passage of HB386 in the 2016 General Assembly (Chapter 582). |
